Mike is a skilled carpenter with an extensive background in residential, commercial, and municipal construction and remodeling. He joins the Belmont Day buildings and grounds team to support the opening of the Barn.

Erik comes to Belmont Day from Austin Prep where he served as database implementation specialist for the school's Veracross and Google systems. Erik's career in independent schools began at Shady Hill in the co-curricular department and communications office. Additionally, Erik held a leadership position at Cambridge-Ellis School, where he implemented the school's first-ever student information system and redesigned processes for admissions, enrollment, development, and summer camp registration.
