Giving to Belmont Day

Be a Donor

Since 1927, our community—faculty, trustees, parents, alumni, parents of alumni, grandparents, and special friends—have generously supported the Belmont Day Annual Fund and the education it provides for every student. Belmont Day is a bold, remarkable, inspiring community of learners and leaders. Every day we come together to guide the social, academic, and artistic lives of our students, grounded in the six values of excellence, respect, honesty, responsibility, caring, and joy. Tax-deductible donations to the Belmont Day Annual Fund are invaluable for supporting our exceptional academic programs, for providing professional development resources to our faculty, and for maintaining the quality of the athletics program as well as arts equipment and facilities.

Tuition alone cannot sustain the breadth and depth of what Belmont Day’s students and faculty achieve each year.

Like many independent schools, Belmont Day has a $5,000 gap per student between the cost of tuition and the cost of a BDS education. Schools strive to keep tuition within reach of most families and work to find other sources of income. The gap is filled in large part through generous donations from our community members—parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty, foundations, and friends.

We hope you will consider being a donor this year. Thank you for your consideration.
