Three Thoughts:
My Capstone Project would be… ecological photography.
If I could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive), I would choose… my maternal grandfather, Henry Allen. He passed away before I was born, and I would have loved the chance to get to know him; Jane Goodall, a pioneer in understanding animal behavior and our connection to them as humans; Wangari Maathai, an environmentalist and a women’s rights activist who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for her efforts to prevent conflict through resource preservation.
My favorite children’s books are… The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein, Pink and Say by Patricia Polacco, and Faithful Elephants by Yukio Tsuchiya.
