Three Thoughts:

Three words that describe my work style are ... empathic, collaborative, and hopeful.

Someone I admire or consider a hero ... I know there are many, many people living kind, brave lives of sacrifice and service and justice and peace who will never have the light shone on them and will never be known as heroes. I admire them greatly.

If I could give a child one quality it would be ... Sorry, it has to be three: empathy, equanimity, and a willingness to buck authority when necessary.
