Three Thoughts:
My Capstone Project would be... an exploration of the evolution of American culinary culture through immigration.

If I could have dinner with anyone (dead or alive), I would choose... Dolly Parton! She has had an amazing, long life, and has been an important influence in American culture and education. I would love to learn more about her.

Someone I admire or consider a hero is... my Mom! She's an incredible role model and teacher. Her ever-evolving teaching practice and unending kindness is inspiring.
