Pre-Camp: June 22 to 26

| Summer Sports | Grades 1 to 7 | Our classic sports camp offered in partnership with the BDS athletics department is for campers who are multi-sport athletes. We will play traditional sports like soccer, basketball, and tennis with other fun activities and games to keep things fresh. There will be something for everyone, from aspiring basketball stars to capture-the-flag aficionados. Campers will get a free swim period each day. | $850 |
| Namaste, Nature, and Creativity | Pre-k to grade 1 | Led by family yoga instructor and long-time BDS enrichment class instructor MJ Peterson, campers will learn about the world around them by exploring the school campus and surrounding conservation land, practice creative expression through art projects, and enjoy movement through yoga. Campers will have a free swim period and rest time each day. | $850 |
| Numbers and Nature | Pre-k to grade 1 | This nature camp will connect numbers and concepts campers are familiar with to the natural world around us. We will create number-themed art projects, explore the habitats on and around our campus, and play games along the way. Created and led by Belmont Day teacher Leigh Twarog, this camp mixes art, math, nature, and fun. Campers will have a free swim period and rest time each day. | $850 |
| Curious Creators | Pre-k to grade 1 | Led by educator Presley Leighton, this camp is about fostering curiousity through fun and innovative craft projects. Campers will have a free swim period and rest time each day. | $850 |

| STEM: Coding for Campers | Grades 1 and 2 | Using educational coding programs like TinkerCad and Finch Robots, campers will learn key coding fundamentals. Activities will promote critical, systematic, and cooperative thinking skills. Campers will also spend time outdoors and at the pool for free swim and swim lessons. This is a one-week camp offered in sessions A1 and A2. Campers are welcome to attend both weeks but should expect some overlap in content. | $680 |
| Create and Calculate | Grades 2 and 3 | BDS third grade teacher Leigh Twarog will guide campers in an exploration of the amazing intersection of math and art. Art projects and activities will uncover the ways we find math in our everyday lives. Along the way, there will be time for games, special events, exploring the trails around BDS, and daily swim lessons and free swim. This is a one-week camp offered in sessions A1 and A2. Campers are welcome to attend both weeks but should expect some overlap in content. | $680 |
| Cartooning | Grades 4 to 7 | In this hybrid program, campers will spend the morning with professional cartoonist Jonathan Todd, learning to draw and develop the skills to create a graphic novel. After lunch, campers will participate in Pioneer electives and free swim. Swim lessons are not offered. | $680 |

| Yoga Theater | Pre-k to grade 2 | Led family yoga instructor and long-time BDS enrichment class instructor MJ Peterson, campers will work together on a narrative yoga performance for parents and other campers at the end of the week. Along the way, there will be time for outdoor adventures, games, and fun craft activities. | $850 |
Session B: July 13 to 24

| Introduction to LEGO Robotics | Grades 2 to 4 | Campers will build and program LEGO robots using the LEGO WeDo and LEGO Spike robotics systems. They will also participate in other engineering challenges to test their building skills. This is the first level of our LEGO Robotics camp, appropriate for all experience levels. Campers will also participate in a swim lesson and free swim period daily. | $1,700 |

| Summer Stage Stars | Grades 3 to 6 | Campers will hone their theater skills through games and activities that will culminate in a performance of an original script written by BDS theater arts teacher Christopher Parsons. In addition to building performance skills, campers will design a set and prepare costumes. This camp includes daily swim lessons and a free swim period. | $1,800 |
Session C: July 27 to August 7

| Advanced LEGO Robotics | Grades 3 to 5 | This camp focuses on the LEGO EV-3 Mindstorms and LEGO Spike. While campers will engage with more advanced LEGO Robotics kits, they will move at their own pace. Previous LEGO Robotics experience is encouraged. Campers will also participate daily in a swim lesson and free swim period. | $1,700 |
Session D1: August 10 to 14

Post Camp: August 24 to 28

Campers will take walks in the woods, learn yoga chants, and explore the philosophy and history of yoga in a team-focused way. They will create art inspired by the movement, breathing, and guided resting journey of yoga practice. A free swim period is included every day. Additional Information
Registration closes at noon on the Thursday before the session start date, unless the program is already at capacity. Enrollment after this time may be available, but is at the director’s discretion and may incur an additional late enrollment fee.
Extended Day Camp Sessions A1 through D and Specialty Camps
Morning Extended Day – Drop-off as early as 7:45 a.m.
$150 per two-week session or $75 per week – pro-rated for Session A2 (camp is closed for Independence Day)
Afternoon Extended Day – Pick-up as late as 5:30 p.m.
$350 per two-week session – pro-rated for Session A2 (camp is closed for Independence Day) and D (no extended day on Friday, August 18)
Extended Day Pre-Camp and Post-Camp
Morning extended day is not available during pre-camp and post-camp weeks.
Afternoon Extended Day – Pick-up as late as 5:30 p.m.: $35 daily
Payment Terms for Specialty and Sports Camps
- Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. Participants will not be registered and have their space guaranteed until payment, in full, is made.
- Refunds will only be given in the following situations:
- Medical or family emergency that was unforeseen
- If cancellation is made at least one month prior to the program’s start date, less a $50 per-week deposit.
