My Capstone Project would be… on food justice and sustainable methods of global food distribution and agriculture.
If you could have dinner with anyone dead or alive, I would choose… Rosa Luxemburg because her philosophy and politics are incredible; Anderson Paak because his music is fiercely innovative while being deeply rooted in pop traditions; and Ivan Illich because he seems like a very perceptive and constructive troublemaker.
