Each week features fun adventures around Greater Boston. Please note that Journeys’ planned trips are not finalized until the summer. The trips listed below reflect the past summer’s itinerary. Activities are subject to change, including last-minute changes due to weather.

Additional Information
Please note: All of our programs close for registration at noon on the Thursday before the session start date unless the program is already at capacity. Enrollment after this time may be available at the director’s discretion and may incur an additional late enrollment fee.
Extended Day
Before Camp/Morning Extended Day – Drop-off as early as 7:45 a.m.
$15 per day; there is no morning extended day during the post-camp week
After Camp/Afternoon Extended Day – Pick up as late as 5:30 p.m.
$35/day
Discounts Available
Sibling Discount available for all sessions: $25 per child when two or more children are enrolled
2026 Payment Terms for Camp & Journeys Camp
Payment is due based on the following schedule:
- 25% due upon enrollment until April 15
- 50% of the balance is due April 15 or upon enrollment between April 15 and May 15
- 75% of the balance is due May 15 or upon enrollment between May 16 and June 15
- 100% of the balance before June 15 or upon enrollment after June 15
CampMinder allows you to keep a card on file so we can charge it for you at these payment deadlines.
If this schedule does not work for you, we will work with any family to create a payment plan. Please contact the Director of Summer Programs, Zach d’Arbeloff, to establish a payment plan to ensure your tuition is paid by your child’s first day of camp.
Refunds will be given as follows:
- Full refunds are only given in the case of a medical or family emergency that was unforeseen, regardless of the date of the event
- Partial refunds may be available as follows:
- $100 per 2-week session administrative fee is non-refundable until May 1
- 25% per session is non-refundable after May 1
- Tuition is not refundable within two weeks of the session start date
- School extension for snow days:
- If school runs later than expected due to snow days or other missed days, Belmont Day will prorate a session for the days school is still in session, provided the family chooses to attend school rather than camp.
