Three Thoughts:

My favorite children’s book is … What the Road Said by Cleo Wade. I appreciate the author’s perspective on change and the roads that unfold.

If I could have dinner with anyone (living or deceased), I would invite … Marie Curie, Jhumpa Lahiri, and my mother, Vatsala. I think that we’d have a fascinating conversation about science, discoveries, the process of doing research, the books we’re reading, and how we live in the world.

Someone I admire or consider a hero is … my father. He has faced many challenges in recent years and always shows great insight, courage, and fortitude.

Plus one more!

If I could give a child one quality, it would be … an openness to seeing themself in new ways.
