Three Thoughts:

My Capstone Project would be…┬ácolor blindness in France┬áand color awareness in the United StatesÔÇöthe historical reasons behind that choice and how it shaped these societies.

One thing that I love about Belmont Day…┬áis that it is often stated here┬áthat teachers are learners too. Therefore, I feel free to ask my colleagues for advice or feedback on my practice.

My favorite children’s book is…┬áLe doudou m├ęchant (the bad stuffed toy) by┬áClaude Ponti. This book has no English edition but another one, DeZert Isle is also representative of the author’s┬ástyle. Ponti┬áhas a whimsical universe, his characters have depth and are never oversimplified, and┬áhis books have several levels of reading, for adults and children.
