Three Thoughts:

Three words that describe my work style... child-focused, joyful, organized.

A person I admire/consider to be a hero... My piano teacher from fourth-twelfth grades. She taught me so much about music and helped me gain confidence in ways I never thought I could. Once I started studying music theory in college, I finally realized how much she had taught me, and ended up majoring in music.

The most important quality a teacher applying to BDS should have... A love of children and the ability to get to know each child (and family!) on an individual level.

My favorite children's book or author... There are so many! A few favorite books are Not Your Typical Dragon, The Little Yellow Leaf, and Bear Has a Story to Tell.
