The Class of ’79 Wins It!
In case you missed it, the second installment of our alumni giving challenge was a great success—since kicking off the campaign, we received 17 gifts from alumni totaling over $17,000 toward Belmont Day’s Annual Fund!
And, in the March Madness Class Challenge, a late push saw the Class of 1979 take top prize as the highest participating class, followed closely by the Class of 2017.
The Class of 2019 and their families are invited back to campus to connect with fellow alumni and former faculty, and to celebrate your first full year as Belmont Day alumni! We'll be providing dinner, brief remarks from Head of School Brendan Largay, and a whole evening to catch up with your classmates. You won't want to miss it!

Join fellow alumni and former teachers and staff to celebrate the start of the next chapter in your academic journey! Amos Damroth ’09 and Elias Jarzombek ’09 are currently members of the musical trio, Obstacle. The group is “a three piece instrumental project situated at the intersection of experimental electronic and guitar/bass-driven improvisational music.” Be sure to check out their music, including the latest release, Subset, on Spotify.
Last August, Mia was selected for the USA U18 Women's Hockey Team for a three-game series against Canada in Lake Placid, NY. Fast forward to December, when Mia and team USA traveled to Bratislava, Slovakia to compete in the U18 World Championship games. During the January 2 gold medal final, defensive player Mia, helped Team USA land a 2-1 overtime win versus rival Canada. In all, Team USA went 4-1 at the tournament, which included wins over Russia and Finland. Mia has earned recognition as one of the best players teenage players in the world.
The entire school community is invited to join us as the boys’ and girls’ varsity basketball teams square off against Meadowbrook.
